Integration with Exchange
Agenda Managements integration with Exchange ensures that when a meeting is created, deleted or modified in Agenda Management, that same meeting will be correctly adjusted in the Exchange calendars of the members involved. The members of any meeting will be able to observe every single meeting they are involved with directly from Outlook.
This integration connects to a Microsoft Exchange server and hereby creates, edits and deletes meetings directly in the Outlook calendar of the meeting members. The members who are added to a meeting in Agenda Management needs to exist on the Exchange server for this to function properly.
Integration with KMD Workzone
The integration between Agenda Management and KMD Workzone functions both ways, as the two systems can freely interact with each other. In the example below, we describe the integration from the perspective of using Agenda Management.
The KMD Workzone integration allows you to attach a Workzone case to a meeting and/or a meeting item in Agenda Management. The meetings and items with a case attached will automatically generate and file a PDF with appendices within the Workzone case whenever the meeting is published in Agenda Management.
The integration is based on Workzone's OData API. The users wanting to benefit from the integration and search within both databases will need to have created a user within both Management and Workzone.
Integration med SBSYS
The integration with SBSYS allows for the user to attach a case from SBSYS to a meeting or singular meeting item in Agenda Management. The meetings and items with a case attached will automatically generate and file a PDF with appendices within SBSYS whenever the meeting is published in Management.
The integration uses the SBSYS integrationservice to connect properly.
Integration with FirstAgenda Prepare
Agenda Management can publish finished agendas to FirstAgenda so you can continue working on them from there. This is accomplished by choosing a FirstAgenda folder as the destination when publishing an agenda in Agenda Management. Agenda Management will then automatically convert the agenda into the necessary file-format and store the file in a specific folder. FirstAgenda will then retrieve the agenda from said folder and import it.
The integration demands that you have a folder which Agenda Management is allowed to edit. Furthermore, you need to have the FirstAgenda importer service up and running which also needs to have the right to edit the same folder. This service will take the files from the folder and send them directly to the FirstAgenda API. This will make them available in FirstAgenda.
